Landscaping Services
Core Aeration
A healthy lawn requires core aeration 2x a year here in the Pacific North West.
Core Aeration allows your lawn to breathe and get more nutrients along with improvements in drainage.
Starting at $50 minimum, price goes up depending on property size.
Spring/Fall Clean Up
Great thing to get done to your home at the start of the year and again at the end of the year before the snowfall; Garden beds are gone through, weeds are pulled, shrubs/hedges are trimmed, edges are added to garden beds if needed. Fresh mulch added to garden beds. (extra cost)
Trimmings and debris hauled away, walkways are left clean and your home/property is left with a clean appearance for everyone to enjoy.
Lawn Mowing
Residential and Commercial service. Weekly or Bi-Weekly.(Minimum).
Lawn mowing season starts in March, but can start mid February with mild winters.
Depending on the length of the first cut, there may be an extra fee which will not be carried over following the first cut.
Clients can expect fully cleaned up clippings and appropriate cutting length with sharp blades for quality assurance.
Hedge/Shrub Trimming
Clients can expect proper knowledge of trimming techniques, appropriate time of season to trim and proper tools used to leave a clean finish.
Trimming jobs vary in pricing and time spent so for this reason no quotes will be given over the phone
Gardening
Clients can expect garden beds to be free of weeds and debris, edges along garden beds, and mulch/dirt to be kept neat.
Gutter Cleaning
Gutters are vacuumed out to clear debris and then rinsed along with leaf traps being cleared if there is any.
$150- Price is a starting point and will vary.
** Not all gutter cleaning jobs will be accepted due to insurance limits, to be discussed in person.
